Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and a1ee ("a1ee", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the a1ee website located at https://a1ee.org, including all sub-pages, services, features, content, and functionality offered on or through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the a1ee platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Your continued use of a1ee following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and a1ee.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to a1ee is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. a1ee reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Identity Verification. All users are required to complete identity verification using a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). a1ee may request additional documentation including but not limited to a selfie with CNIC, proof of address, or bank statement before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. Providing false information — including false name, date of birth, CNIC number, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 One Account Rule. Each person may hold only one a1ee account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.5 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of a1ee is lawful in your jurisdiction. a1ee makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available in all locations. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted do so at their own risk and responsibility.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a1ee username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. a1ee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify a1ee immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security by contacting [email protected]. a1ee will investigate reported incidents but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. a1ee reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy, which will be communicated to you via the registered email address prior to any deductions.

3.4 Account Closure by User. You may request account closure at any time by contacting the a1ee support team. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please also request a self-exclusion option as detailed in Section 8 of these Terms. Pending bets will be settled before the account is formally closed.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. a1ee currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). a1ee does not apply currency conversion charges.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on a1ee is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned subject to the processing fees of the relevant payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your a1ee balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing times. a1ee is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed identity verification; (b) made at least one deposit using a supported payment method; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds in your account balance.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing by a1ee. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect user funds from fraudulent redirection.

4.6 Withdrawal Processing Times. a1ee aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. During peak periods, or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. You will be notified by email if your withdrawal requires further review.

5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets and wagers placed on a1ee are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. a1ee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity; (b) a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed; or (c) the user has exceeded applicable betting limits.

5.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandoned matches, technical errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds, or where a market was left open in error. Void bets will have the original stake returned to your a1ee account balance.

5.4 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets are subject to rapid changes in odds and availability. a1ee uses automated systems to manage live odds and cannot guarantee that a bet will be accepted at the displayed price during periods of high volatility. Accepted in-play bets are final and will not be cancelled solely because odds subsequently changed in your favour or against you.

5.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on a1ee use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. a1ee is not responsible for losses arising from normal game variance.

5.6 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during any betting or gaming session, a1ee reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return any stakes to the user's account. Winnings resulting from demonstrable system errors are not valid and will not be paid.

6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered users only. a1ee reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its discretion, including users who have a history of bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, or breaches of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotional terms at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. a1ee actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinated abuse involving multiple users. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. a1ee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to user accounts at the time of the change, unless the change is necessitated by regulatory requirements or evidence of widespread abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on a1ee and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party without explicit authorisation
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Attempting to launder money or use a1ee for any illegal financial activity
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud on deposits
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a1ee staff or other users
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation

a1ee cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide relevant account data and transaction records in response to lawful requests.

a1ee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend or permanently close your account if you feel your gaming is becoming harmful. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular pop-up notifications showing your session time and net gaming result.

All content on the a1ee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the property of a1ee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the a1ee platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from a1ee without prior written permission from a1ee.

Third-party game content available on a1ee remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a1ee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

10.2 a1ee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 a1ee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own devices.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits a1ee's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 a1ee reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

11.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, a1ee may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

11.3 If your account is suspended or closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct on your part (for example, platform withdrawal from a jurisdiction), a1ee will return your real-money balance to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.4 You may appeal a suspension decision by contacting [email protected] with full details of your case. a1ee will review all appeals in good faith and respond within seven (7) business days.

a1ee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, a1ee will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the a1ee platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under a1ee's operating licence jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through a1ee's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
